CVE-2019-13272 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more 20 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 17 more 2021-11-23 7.2 HIGH 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel before 5.1.17, ptrace_link in kernel/ptrace.c mishandles the recording of the credentials of a process that wants to create a ptrace relationship, which allows local users to obtain root access by leveraging certain scenarios with a parent-child process relationship, where a parent drops privileges and calls execve (potentially allowing control by an attacker). One contributing factor is an object lifetime issue (which can also cause a panic). Another contributing factor is incorrect marking of a ptrace relationship as privileged, which is exploitable through (for example) Polkit's pkexec helper with PTRACE_TRACEME. NOTE: SELinux deny_ptrace might be a usable workaround in some environments.
CVE-2021-28164 3 Apache, Eclipse, Netapp 15 Ignite, Solr, Zookeeper and 12 more 2021-10-28 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
In Eclipse Jetty 9.4.37.v20210219 to 9.4.38.v20210224, the default compliance mode allows requests with URIs that contain %2e or %2e%2e segments to access protected resources within the WEB-INF directory. For example a request to /context/%2e/WEB-INF/web.xml can retrieve the web.xml file. This can reveal sensitive information regarding the implementation of a web application.
CVE-2021-3449 11 Checkpoint, Debian, Fedoraproject and 8 more 159 Multi-domain Management, Multi-domain Management Firmware, Quantum Security Gateway and 156 more 2021-10-20 4.3 MEDIUM 5.9 MEDIUM
An OpenSSL TLS server may crash if sent a maliciously crafted renegotiation ClientHello message from a client. If a TLSv1.2 renegotiation ClientHello omits the signature_algorithms extension (where it was present in the initial ClientHello), but includes a signature_algorithms_cert extension then a NULL pointer dereference will result, leading to a crash and a denial of service attack. A server is only vulnerable if it has TLSv1.2 and renegotiation enabled (which is the default configuration). OpenSSL TLS clients are not impacted by this issue. All OpenSSL 1.1.1 versions are affected by this issue. Users of these versions should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.1.1k. OpenSSL 1.0.2 is not impacted by this issue. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1k (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1j).
CVE-2021-28163 4 Apache, Eclipse, Fedoraproject and 1 more 15 Ignite, Solr, Jetty and 12 more 2021-10-20 4.0 MEDIUM 2.7 LOW
In Eclipse Jetty 9.4.32 to 9.4.38, 10.0.0.beta2 to 10.0.1, and 11.0.0.beta2 to 11.0.1, if a user uses a webapps directory that is a symlink, the contents of the webapps directory is deployed as a static webapp, inadvertently serving the webapps themselves and anything else that might be in that directory.
CVE-2021-22884 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Nodejs and 1 more 5 Fedora, E-series Performance Analyzer, Node.js and 2 more 2021-10-20 5.1 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
Node.js before 10.24.0, 12.21.0, 14.16.0, and 15.10.0 is vulnerable to DNS rebinding attacks as the whitelist includes “localhost6”. When “localhost6” is not present in /etc/hosts, it is just an ordinary domain that is resolved via DNS, i.e., over network. If the attacker controls the victim's DNS server or can spoof its responses, the DNS rebinding protection can be bypassed by using the “localhost6” domain. As long as the attacker uses the “localhost6” domain, they can still apply the attack described in CVE-2018-7160.
CVE-2021-22883 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Nodejs and 1 more 5 Fedora, E-series Performance Analyzer, Node.js and 2 more 2021-10-20 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Node.js before 10.24.0, 12.21.0, 14.16.0, and 15.10.0 is vulnerable to a denial of service attack when too many connection attempts with an 'unknownProtocol' are established. This leads to a leak of file descriptors. If a file descriptor limit is configured on the system, then the server is unable to accept new connections and prevent the process also from opening, e.g. a file. If no file descriptor limit is configured, then this lead to an excessive memory usage and cause the system to run out of memory.
CVE-2020-1967 9 Broadcom, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more 22 Fabric Operating System, Debian Linux, Fedora and 19 more 2021-10-20 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
Server or client applications that call the SSL_check_chain() function during or after a TLS 1.3 handshake may crash due to a NULL pointer dereference as a result of incorrect handling of the "signature_algorithms_cert" TLS extension. The crash occurs if an invalid or unrecognised signature algorithm is received from the peer. This could be exploited by a malicious peer in a Denial of Service attack. OpenSSL version 1.1.1d, 1.1.1e, and 1.1.1f are affected by this issue. This issue did not affect OpenSSL versions prior to 1.1.1d. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1g (Affected 1.1.1d-1.1.1f).
CVE-2021-26707 2 Merge-deep Project, Netapp 2 Merge-deep, E-series Performance Analyzer 2021-09-14 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
The merge-deep library before 3.0.3 for Node.js can be tricked into overwriting properties of Object.prototype or adding new properties to it. These properties are then inherited by every object in the program, thus facilitating prototype-pollution attacks against applications using this library.
CVE-2020-2604 7 Canonical, Debian, Mcafee and 4 more 25 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Epolicy Orchestrator and 22 more 2021-07-21 6.8 MEDIUM 8.1 HIGH

CVE-2020-13379 4 Fedoraproject, Grafana, Netapp and 1 more 5 Fedora, Grafana, E-series Performance Analyzer and 2 more 2021-01-29 6.4 MEDIUM 8.2 HIGH
The avatar feature in Grafana 3.0.1 through 7.0.1 has an SSRF Incorrect Access Control issue. This vulnerability allows any unauthenticated user/client to make Grafana send HTTP requests to any URL and return its result to the user/client. This can be used to gain information about the network that Grafana is running on. Furthermore, passing invalid URL objects could be used for DOS'ing Grafana via SegFault.
